About Us

As 16mm film hobbyists & collectors, we found that these drive-in intermissions added the special touch of nostalgia that we were looking for when showing films for friends and family.

As many others have found out, these films are VERY HARD to come by in 16mm.  We had to use old clips with lines & splices because new prints were just not available anymore.

We tracked down the source of the films.  Working with Derek Maxwell of Drive-InFilm.com we were able to acquire many of the negatives in order to put new prints back into production for new and old film collectors alike to enjoy once again!

All films are NEW prints on low fade polyester KODAK stock unless otherwise noted.  Most of our films are reductions from 35mm films using the best surviving footage.  Some of the clips may have been faded so a color timing change was done at the lab to produce or enhance color.  You will see these listed as tinted.  Some of the source material had wear marks that were transferred into the reduction negatives so there may be lines or marks in some clips.  Heavy lines will be noted most of the time.
